Siteimprove is looking for a talented internal IT supporter to help the IT Operations Manager ensure a stable, secure and efficient IT operation. You will be part of our development and operations team, and will work out of our office in the heart of Copenhagen. You will report to the IT Operations Manager.

Areas of responsibility
As our new IT supporter, you will be first line supporter and responsible for installation and configuration of all office PC’s, laptops, and peripherals. Furthermore, you will be responsible for purchase and management of office software licenses as well as support of Office 365, VoIP, Active Directory, Firewall and VPN (Sonicwall). In addition, you will provide end user support.

What we expect from you
Ideally, you have a relevant educational background within IT. You are able to speak and write English fluently, and you understand Danish. Your job will be to deliver high quality face-to-face IT support throughout the organization, and thus we expect you have at least 2 years relevant work experience. In addition, you have a natural interest in computers, infrastructure, and data. The position involves some travelling, so you should be able to travel to other office locations approximately one or two days per month.
