About the department
In department Moulding Support & Metrology located in Hjørring you will have 21 dedicated and skilled technical colleagues, including technicians, engineers and skilled-workers. We have responsibility for moulding and metrology equipment and processes. You can look forward to being part of a very ambitious environment where you will work with the latest technologies, processes and methods.
The job
You will be responsible for securing correct systematic validation of our plastic injection moulding equipment. With LEAN methodology and second-to-none quality as your guiding principles you will ensure that our equipment is validated. In all that you do, you follow external and internal requirements and directions.
You also work determinedly to improve existing processes and solutions and solve the daily challenges both in respect to non-conformities and change requests. Concurrently, you initiate and implement changes and optimisations on an ongoing basis.
In this job you will be in daily contact with many stakeholders, including QA, production and the Project department, just as you will exchange best practices with other Novo Nordisk sites. In this way, you will have a professional network and the opportunity to improve your skills.
Qualifications
You hold a degree in Engineering specialised within manufacturing or processes, preferably closely related to moulding. If you have experience within plastic injection moulding from the pharmaceutical industry, it will absolutely benefit your application.
However, if your technical background leaves nothing to be desired, and you are a fast and eager learner, we would also like to hear from you, even though you do not possess extensive experience.
In any case, you are familiar with optimisation and validation of equipment and are used to implement changes. Moreover, you have a strong quality mindset and top class analytical skills. To succeed, you must also have a systematic approach to problem-solving as you will be deeply involved in challenging issues.
At a personal level, you have a strong drive and are eager to learn. It motivates you to work in a dynamic environment where change and solving issues are on top of the agenda. You have good communication skills and know that cooperation is crucial to achieve results. Moreover, you are comfortable presenting your ideas and results to others, and you do this with an energetic attitude and commitment. Finally, you have proficiency in English and Danish.
