We are looking for an experienced Technology Specialist who would like to take up this challenging and developing position within the area of Automation & Comfort.

Your challenges
You will be part of our technology organisation with the overall purpose to investigate and select new technology concepts enabling them to be used in innovation, cost optimisation and new feature development within products and manufacturing technology.
Your key areas of responsibility will be to:

  • Develop and execute a technology strategy for the area Automation & Comfort
  • Build technology driven business cases
  • Drive cross-organisational technology projects with the purpose of ensuring quality, optimising cost and creating new unique product features
  • Identify essential competencies and ensure robustness of key manufacturing processes
  • Develop and maintain specifications and test requirements for materials and components
  • Ensure durability and functionality of base materials and components
  • Support activities in product innovation, cost reduction, purchase and production using the knowledge base

Mobility is essential and approx. 40-80 travel days a year must be expected. Part time home office within Europe is possible.

Your qualifications
It is a prerequisite to have minimum 5 years of technical and industrial experience from working in an international company. You hold an education of high technical level and you can demonstrate strong business acumen.

Working experience from SMART windows, home automation, Internet of Things, electronics/photovoltaics or ventilation in a world-class development environment will be crucial for success.

You think business oriented and you deliver results of high quality. You are an out-going team player, possess great drive, and have a holistic, yet structured and systematic approach to tasks.

We expect your working style to be persistent and independent, and you know how to create and implement workable solutions to problems across technologies, processes and people.

You have a global mind-set and enjoy building cross-border relations across various organisational and professional levels, and you know how to motivate and influence others.

You hold excellent communication skills, and you are fluent in English both orally and in writing. Additional language proficiencies such as German and Danish are an advantage.
