Maintain and develop critical systems
Working as Technical Consultant, you will be balancing technical and non-technical matters, working with vendors, end-users, specialists and managers. Thus, you take on many different roles:

• You deliver in-depth analysis of complex issues related to the technical aspects and the architecture of our customers’ systems.
• As the trusted advisor you offer a stable solution and actively contribute to upgrades, new technical solutions and new functionalities.
• You are involved in client meetings as well as projects.

Other tasks and focus areas are configuration of software and solutions from third party suppliers, specialized within their own niche, while adhering to the regulatory demands of the pharmaceutical industry. You also handle both documentation and tests as well as act as our representative.

We are part of the Life Science Application Outsourcing area, responsible for development and maintenance of our customers critical systems. We have long-term agreements with our customers, where we focus on building a good relation based on trust and on a deep understanding of their specific business needs.

You will join an international team with professional colleagues in Denmark, China and the Czech Republic, all specialized in Life Science Applications. We take pride in delivering high quality and act as a trusted advisor to our customers. You will be working in an environment that values development, and we will make sure you strengthen your competences in our own Life Science academy.

Your qualifications and experience

• You are a technical specialist by heart and thrive working on complex IT solutions. Being curious and enquiring provides you with sharp analytical skills and the ability to understand technical requirements, create an overview of the situation and prioritize well.
• You have experience with one or more of the following technologies: Java, SQL/PLSQL, and Oracle database. It is an advantage if you also have experience with any of the following: Apache Tomcat or other J2EE application servers and Documentum based systems.
• You are familiar with the ITIL framework. If you have experience from the pharmaceutical industry, it is just considered as a plus, but most important is that you want to learn.
