Operations Architect with customer focus

Your responsibilities as Operations Architect
As the customers’ primary contact when it comes to technical infrastructure inquiries, you’ll be responsible for the technical part of the customers IT operations by ensuring that we adhere to our KPI’s and that improvements and service changes are implemented. This includes:

  • Coordination of technical activities to optimise and manage the customers infrastructure
  • Planning the development of the IT infrastructure and applications to support the customers’ business
  • Act as the customers sparring partner when it comes to the future IT operations, new technologies etc.
  • Responsibility for the following ITIL processes: Availability, Capacity, Business Continuity and Problem Management.
  • Produce, test and maintain technical design specifications and recovery plans
  • Embracing a broad spectrum of technologies to be able to deliver the best service possible

Furthermore, in smaller projects you will act as technical Project Manager.

You will join our Service Delivery Team
Our service delivery teams are organised around our customers so you will join a team focusing on one big customer or a couple of smaller customers. The team is responsible for fulfilling the following roles: Incident, Change, Problem and Service Request Management and is led by a Service Delivery Manager supported by the Operations Architect. You are the member of the team that is technically updated with the customers IT-infrastructure landscape and also in sync with the more technical aspect of the contract.

We focus on long term relationships both in the team and towards the customer. We believe that trust and good relationships is a cornerstone in Service Delivery. 

Your qualifications and experience
You thrive in a busy, highly professional environment and have a systematic and focused approach to your tasks. You make things happen through other people and don’t mind taking the initiative and getting your hands “dirty”. The operation architect is a key role in the service delivery team and you need to be robust and good at independently prioritising your work.

You have a broad knowledge of operational technologies such as Windows and servers, Active Directory, database technologies, virtualization and network. You have solid experience with ensuring the availability, capacity and continuity of IT Operations.

Good communication skills in both English and Danish are required in your work with both internal IT specialists as well as customers. You must be able to communicate complex technical issues to management and other stakeholders.
