For our HUB Team in the Technology Department in Brande we are looking for dedicated Project Manager. The Hub team consists of more than 20 highly skilled employees all located in Denmark. The team is responsible for hub design across all turbine platforms. This includes the casted hub, the pitch system incl. the blade bearing and the hydraulic system, the spinner and internal parts.

In new product development projects the R&D hub team is responsible of delivering a complete hub module that is fully validated. You will report to the Team Leader of the R&D Hub team but you will also have a reference to the Turbine Project Manager in the new product development project.

What are my responsibilities?

  • You will be leading a team of 5-8 highly skilled engineers from idea to implementation
  • You have the responsibility to ensure alignment with stakeholders and to involve them during the project
  • Continuous planning - ensure that projects are completed on time, to the right quality and within budget
  • Regularly performs lessons learned activities and feeds the results into own project and organization, driving a continuous improvement culture
  • Perform risk analysis - and take action in time
  • Plan and participating in reviews, assemblies etc.
  • Ensure allocating and utilizing resources in an efficient manner

What do I need to qualify for this job?

  • You have a B.Sc. or a M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or similar combined with 3+ years professional experience within project management
  • You know how to inspire and coach others and you are perceived as a strong and present leader
  • You are proactive and innovative
  • You have a systematic and quality-oriented approach to your assignments as well as the ability to keep an overview even under pressure
  • You are a dedicated team player thriving in a dynamic environment with many cross-cultural interfaces
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills Furthermore, you are fluent in English both orally and in writing

In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
