For our Spare Parts Documentation team in Technology, we are looking for a manager to take the department to the next level. We have established Teamcenter as our platform for product related documentation. This platform is now applied to ensure full control and maintenance throughout the full product life cycle - As designed, As configured, As manufactured, As installed and As maintained documentation. This requires cross organizational alignment and coordination as well as internal team management. Your job will be to establish and align all processes across the different departments in the product life cycle. It will also be the responsibility of your team to ensure further development of the Teamcenter solution in respect to spare part documentation.

What are my responsibilities?

  • Setup organization to deliver turbine specific spare parts documentation (As Installed)  handed over to our service organization for maintenance
  • Work with Technology and Service Technology organizations to ensure “As designed” documentation is delivered with new product development to lowest replaceable level
  • Work with Market Unit Engineering organization to ensure documentation is update with customer order engineering and configuration - “As configured”
  • Work with Supply Chain and Market Unit Project to ensure that documentation is maintained to “As Installed” level
  • Manage team to deliver turbine specific solutions
  • Manage team to further develop Teamcenter solution within your area of work

What do I need to qualify for this job?

  • You have many years of experience and a proven track record with establishment of cross functional projects preferably involving the entire product life cycle including professional spare part handling and set up
  • You have management experience including managing managers
  • You work effectively cross organizational by being a skilled communicator and an emphatic collaborator
  • You are proactive and have a structured work approach
  • Preferably you understand documentation classification systems e.i. RDS-PP (Reference Designation System for Power Plants)
  • Preferably you have worked with Teamcenter

In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
