Engineer, Supply Operations, Kalundborg
We are looking for an engineer with professional competencies and passion within standardization and filling to our Supply Chain Operation EMA business unit in Kalundborg. We are a part of the global Novozymes supply operations organization with sites in China, India, USA, Canada, Brazil as well as Denmark. The site in Kalundborg produces a wide range of Novozymes' solutions and is the primary enzyme supplier for Europe.
One of your core challenges working in Supply Chain Operation will be to ensure that our production lines are running smoothly and that we are constantly improving our capabilities. As Novozymes' solutions are getting more and more advanced we need to enhance our way of operating, our processes, and our equipment to ensure that we continue to be the world leader in biological solutions.

You will play a key role in that by working in a dedicated manner with hygiene qualification and participating in ongoing improvement projects on our processes and equipment. Together with our LEAN engineer, technicians in production, and the operators you will be working on both troubleshooting and development projects in our facility.

You will get the opportunity to develop into a specialized role within Supply Chain Operation, and influence process and technology development. This position is perfect for adding full scale real life experience to existing strong theoretical and analytical competencies.

In this position you need to have:

• A bachelor or master in Chemical Engineering, Process Technology, Production Engineering, or similar
• Possible experience from process or food industry
• Knowledge of GMP, food safety, and hygienic qualification
• Analytical and statistical skills that can be used for process troubleshooting and improvements in large scale facilities
• Excellent Danish and English communication skills that enable you to drive for and create results together with various employee groups
