Test and commissioning of biomass power plants in a dynamic, international company.

Do you have experience and expertise from test and commissioning of turnkey biomass power plants? Would you thrive in a managerial position, in a growing international company with the world as you work place? If so, you could be the ideal person to be part of our Test and Commissioning Department. We commission and deliver diesel and biomass power plants worldwide.

Team leadership, planning and close cooperation
Our Commissioning Manager leads the Test Team on site and is responsible for planning, coordinating and implementing test and commissioning activities in close cooperation with our site manager and the customer, adviser, authorities and subcontractors. During the test, the Commissioning Manager and his team must verify that the plant is delivered according to contract specifications.

Typical activities:

  • Daily management of Test & Commissioning on site
  • Participate in the preparation of manuals and test documentation for the plants
  • Participate in the development of new test concepts and test procedures
  • Communicate technical feedback to the respective departments in BWSC
  • Contribute to quality control of new plants through dialogue and review
  • Focus strongly on health and safety during the commissioning phase

Structured team player with commissioning experience
On the personal level you are:

  • An outgoing person with good interpersonal skills and you are open to other cultures
  • A team player who is also able to get to the point and keep a sense of perspective in a dynamic environment
  • A good planner and you work in a structured manner - with expected as well as unexpected tasks

 
In addition to this, you have the following qualifications:

  • Engineer or marine engineer with a minimum of 5 years’ experience with commissioning of large biomass plants
  • Have a solid knowledge of English - written and spoken
  • Good computer skills
  • Experience with contractual conditions

An interesting job with great challenges in a dynamic and consolidated company. You must expect approx. 200-250 travel days per year. We also offer good conditions of employment and pay according to qualifications.
