We are looking for an independent and ambitious new (Senior) Strategy manager to join Global Marketing, Food & Beverages. If you are interested in having a direct influence on one of Novozymes' largest industry areas, and if you are looking to develop and demonstrate a varied set of commercial skills as well as build relationships across our functions, this may be the right role for you.

You will take a lead on many of our strategy related activities in Food & Beverages. This includes our strategy development and related activities, strategic positioning, and our communication and execution follow-through regarding our strategy. Additionally, you will provide managerial support to Food & Beverages Management Team, allowing you to take a central role in hot topics for our industry. We are looking for a person with strong execution capabilities who sees this role as a stepping stone into Food & Beverages Global Marketing. We will thus invest in building your insights and capabilities concerning key Global Marketing activities and capabilities, and enable you to build a strong network in our function.

This is not a travel intensive role, however, some regional and global travel should be expected.

In this position you need to have:

• A master degree and professional experience from relevant commercial roles, e.g., marketing, management consulting, business development and/or finance
• Good strategy capabilities
• Analytical skills and a structured approach
• Solid project manager and team player skills with an ability to get things done
• Excellent communication skills, including ability to engage with commercial and technical people alike
