Novo Nordisk Corporate IT is looking for several IT Security Architects to work within the IT Security organisation. Corporate IT consists of more than 400 highly skilled IT professionals responsible for all major IT projects, systems, infrastructure and operations in Novo Nordisk. The global IT landscape in Novo Nordisk covers more than 38.000 clients worldwide, with major business processes covered by corporate systems based on SAP, Siebel, Microsoft and Oracle.
About the department
The global IT Security organisation is tasked with the mandate of securing this landscape and has increased in focus and importance in recent times. The department has grown from two to twelve employees in a span of two years. Many major initiatives and projects are ongoing, making this an exciting place to work for an IT Security Architect.
The job
As IT Security Architect, you interact with our customers at all levels of the organisation and you understand the challenges within the IT security area. You are able to develop and present security solutions and manage the transformation of global IT Security in Novo Nordisk through large scale projects and initiatives. You thrive in an international project environment and you are comfortable with complex challenges. You enjoy working with ambitious goals and can stand up to the pressure that comes with working in a highly visible area running high-profile projects. Further, you have a deep technical understanding of security and risk management - including knowledge about different types of controls being both procedural and technical.
Qualifications
You have 10+ years of experience working within IT Security and have a deep understanding of the principles and strategies central to Enterprise IT Security and you hold at least one recognized security certification e.g. CISM or CISSP. You have Project Management experience from an international consultancy firm, IT vendor or other complex, international company. You have a Master’s degree in business administration, engineering, computer science or economics with excellent results. Fluency in written and spoken English is a prerequisite. The job is based in Copenhagen, Denmark but some business travel is anticipated.
