About the job and responsibilities 
The IT Knowledge Support Site Lead supports end-users mostly in Hillerød site and occasionally in Copenhagen. 
This person will work with others to address the usability needs of end-users, while supporting the corporate culture and goals of the company. 
 
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

• Supporting end-users in off-the-shelf and custom applications/hardware as needed
• Participating in weekly onsite support center
• Providing support for global launches (including classes, roadshows, command centers, and translated materials)
• Translating quick reference cards from English to Danish
• Updating IT Knowledge Support-related information on company Intranet
• Maintaining onsite training program logistics
• Responding to student inquiries and submitting support tickets

 
Professional and personal qualifications
You have a solid theoretical IT education, and min. 5 years of professional experience in IT support and in training end-users in international environments. Your English and Danish language skills are excellent.
You have an outgoing and enthusiastic personality. Your are able to work independently and structured - and have a positive attitude to co-operate with others and the challenges you encounter. 
 
Freelance contractual conditions 
This is a 1 - 2 day per week contract position.
The contract is guaranteed to run until the end of 2015, with possible renewal into 2016.
