The company was founded by a Danish group of engineers four decades ago, and is to day a global leader in its field with the Head Office situated in the Greater Copenhagen Area, Denmark.

The world wide organization includes highly skilled engineers and technical staff as well as a very innovative R&D team, accumulating many decades of industry experience.

The continuing proces of innovation and development plays a central role in the company’s strategy and further development of world class products, equipment, software and services in the field of pavement engineering.

The company is a multinational company with activities and offices across USA, in Great Britan, Denmark, South America, The Far East and other places, including extensive cooperation with research and development institutions.

The customers include road and airfield agencies, contractors and consultancy companies.

The company has approx. 120 employees and growing. We are looking for new colleagues in software engineering. 

Tasks

• As a part of a multinational development team you are expected to develop new and improve existing solutions. Solutions include data collection,  analysis, enrichment and presentation.
• You will be part of the agile team of competent colleagues driving the software development with focus on design and on delivering quality software solutions in a timely manner. You take will responsability and ensure quality and sustainability.
• You will exersize your strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• You will cooperate with the R&D hardware team and the consulting services , who are super users of the software products.

Professional and personal skills
You are a passionate performer in software development, and delivers solid software designs and quality implementation. You have a proven record of releasing quality software prodcuts. The following skills are needed:

• C# with solid experience in .Net development is a must. Experience with object-oriented software development and analysis.
• Experience in  the following areas:
  • WPF
  • .Net Patterns
  • SQL databases
  • Multi-User Systems
• Self-motivated, result-oriented team player with a drive to deliver in a timely manner. You are outgoing, communicate clearly and participate in dialogues about software solutions and are able to communicate ideas and opinions in a participatory manner.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills combined with an innovative mindset. You are by nature a specialist with a deep insight which you would like to share with your colleagues. You can work in a team on the software architecture when new solutions must be established.
• You have a desire to learn and understand the company and customers business.
• Preferably experience with pavement engineering.
