Terma Aerostructures A/S in Grenaa is looking for highly skilled engineers for our Mechanical Engineering department.

Engineer, Composite 
The Challenge 

• Qualification of processes to customer specifications 
• Run-in of new parts 
• Coordinate technical tasks between project and technical organizations 

Your professional qualifications 

• Several years of experience with composite manufacturing 
• Experience with structural problem solving (5xwhy, Fishbone etc.) 

Engineer, Alloys and Assembly 
The Challenge 

• Preparation, maintenance and description of production data 
• Technical lead at projects 
• Shop-floor support 

Your professional qualifications 

• Experience with technical productions 

Engineer, Tooling 
The Challenge 

• Design of Special Tools for composite parts and assemblies 
• Production support and problem solving 
• Preparation of production technical documentation 
• Process development and optimization 

Your professional qualifications 

• Experience with construction of tool design 
• Knowledge of the Catia design program 
• Technical drawing understanding 

Professional qualifications (for all three positions) 
You have a relevant higher education as an engineer or a similar educational background. You have several years of experience from a similar job/position. 
We expect you to be highly skilled in understanding and using IT systems as an enabler for improving processes. You have previously worked with an ERP system (IFS, SAP, BAAN, etc.). 
You are fluent in written and spoken English.

We expect you to be independent, committed, and working with passion. You are quality conscious and you focus on details – have high quality standards. You are good at getting on with people at all levels in an organization, and you can transfer theory into practice and make things happen. 
You can work systematically and persistently. You are able to manage several things at the same time without losing track and the ability to make decisions.
