Mechanical/offshore Engineer

Design and installation analyses of offshore structures

Job profile:
For a full time position at our office in Svendborg, we are looking for a Mechanical/Offshore Engineer with specific experience from the Oil &Gas or Offshore Renewable Energy sectors. 

 Tasks include:

• Meshing of hull / hydrodynamic calculations / Sea keeping analyses 
• Installation analyses of cables and offshore structures
• Design of cables and flow lines
• Design of offshore structure 
• Coupled analyses Hydro/Structures
• Use of international regulations (DNV, API, etc.)
• Project management (delivery, cost, operational schedule, reporting) and interface with the client
• Customer relations, networking , and promotional activities

The right candidate:

• M.Sc. or B.Sc. degree in engineering 
• Good communication skills and fluent in English (written and spoken)
• A good team player, self-motivated, responsible, quality oriented  with a drive for results, improvement and innovation
• 5 years minimum experience with a minimum of 3 years specifically in offshore with the above mentioned tasks, preferably from the Oil&Gas and Renewable Energy sectors.
• Experience with relevant software such as Autocad, Solid Works, DIODOE and DEEPLINES
