Embark on a challenging quest to launch a new IT platform
At Telenor we have begun an all-encompassing business transformation. The goal for 2015 is to launch a new IT platform to secure flexibility for the future digital age. Are you ready to join a highly visible project which is top priority for Top Management in Telenor Denmark and involves approximately 400 project participants across Telenor? 

Set the direction for all test activities
As Test Manager, you will join our Project Delivery department in IT Services. Here you will develop a test strategy suitable for the new BSS stack in Telenor Denmark, which is aligned with the test strategy and way of working in testing project deliveries on legacy systems. Moreover, you will implement the strategy and practical setup for testing in collaboration with the IT organisation, our Chinese vendor as well as several third party vendors. 

You are the last line of defence before launch
It will be your overall responsibility to organise, lead and coordinate all test activities during every stage of the test process, while coordinating with projects and relevant vendors. Your main goal is to guarantee product quality and lead one or more test teams. 

In particular, your key tasks include:

• Developing a proper test strategy and plan 
• Guiding and advising the test team on how to perform tests according to the test strategy
• Conducting risk assessments, risk management and quality assurance activities
• Writing and presenting reports on the status of testing
• Evaluating test results and presenting risk and status to management
• Ongoing development and improvement of test processes

Experienced test manager with strong management skills
It is essential that you are able to lead a team and work under tight deadlines. To facilitate this, you must be structured, able to plan, prioritise and deliver. In addition, you have strong interpersonal and consensus building skills and you respect alternative views and opinions of key stakeholders. 

Moreover, you have:

• a bachelor or master degree in Computer Science or a related field combined with at least 3 years of experience in test, release and/or project management
• experience within test tools, test techniques and test automation
• a track record from a large company with an international interface and multi-supplier setup
• experience and solid knowledge of business processes and ITIL as well as deep knowledge of software development lifecycles
• strong oral and written communication and presentation skills in English (Danish is a plus) 
• you are comfortable communicating at all levels of the organisation and with global suppliers
