Administrative IT Supporter

We are seeking an Administrative IT Supporter to ensure a high user satisfaction at our DropIn office in Denmark. You will be part of the Global IT support team at NNE Pharmaplan in Gentofte, and you will have a key role in the daily support in our headquarter.

Your job

• Secure a great satisfaction from NNE Pharmaplan users
• Client support with a great sense of responsibility
• Supporting colleagues with IT-problems/solutions
• Overview of daily assignments in DropIn support
• Prepare guides in general
• Administrative assignments e.g. computer hardware purchase
• Coordinate servicedesk cases
• Ad hoc assignments

Your qualifications

• Service-minded with a good customer focus
• Responsible, flexible, structured
• You have experience with general support and installation and preparation of PCs
• Excellent skills in English
• MCP are preferred but not required
