Join Global Training & Development in Ramboll where you will play a key role in the entire process from development to delivery.
Your responsibilities as Leadership Development Consultant
Your responsibility is primarily focused on developing and delivering leadership training to our Danish colleagues, often in close cooperation with external vendors. Based on the needs of the business, you will maintain our portfolio of leadership courses, ensure relevance of the content and be part of delivering the courses. Therefore, we are looking for a person who has deep theoretical knowledge, can design training and has teaching/facilitation experience.
You will have to work closely with the business, our HR Business partners and other stakeholders to en-sure quality and relevance in the design and delivery.
As we are a small team, the job also requires some administrative work and operations in terms of pro-ducing materials, planning courses and organizing the activities around the courses.
You should expect some travel, however, most of this in Denmark.
You and your competencies
You have experience with developing training based on business needs and enjoy the whole process from understanding our stakeholders, to searching for best practice to designing and delivering training. Furthermore, we are looking for a new colleague who has the following qualifications:
- You have a Master degree in a relevant area (HR, Communications, Psychology etc.)
- You have a minimum of 4-5 years of experience with leadership development and teaching
- You are good at building relations, both internal and external
- You are assertive and have strong communication skills both written and oral and both in Danish and English
- You have a good business understanding
- You are capable of driving processes yourself but understand the value of teamwork
- You keep up-to-date with new leadership theories, best practice and research

Global Training & Development delivers a full suite of training to Ramboll Denmark and global training to Ramboll within selected areas - primarily Leadership, Project Management and Business Development. We are based in Copenhagen but works with and through our colleagues globally and with local and global vendors.
