Do you have the talent to bridge between functional business demands and technical IT capabilities? Do you have flair for transparency and communication? Do you have experience in reducing the complexity of IT delivery to a few, but important key figures? If so, you might be the person we are looking for at VELUX IT in Kolding.

Your challenges
You will be part of VELUX IT, joining the End Users & Services team, which is responsible for IT Service Management and End User Productivity in the VELUX Group.

An important part of the recently adopted IT Strategy is to increase the transparency of IT in the VELUX Group and improve IT’s ability to continuously communicate status and performance of selected IT services.

As IT Service Performance Consultant you will play a key role on our journey towards more transparency, acting as the main link between IT and other business areas in the VELUX Group. 

You will collaborate and communicate with VELUX colleagues in several business units across the globe and you will coordinate your activities with IT colleagues both in the VELUX Group and with our external partners. 

Your primary tasks will be to:

  • Take ownership of and continuously improve the IT Service Reporting process
  • Review and develop IT Service KPIs for the cooperation with various business functions
  • Implement or extend the required channels and standards for communication of IT performance
  • Ensure continuous dialogue with colleagues in other business areas about IT performance
  • Develop, maintain and continuously improve the overall IT Dashboard to capture aggregated IT performance

Your qualifications
You are a self-starter and you can work independently as well as in a team. You have excellent communication skills and can communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Additional qualifications:

  • A minimum of two years of experience in definition and management of KPIs and SLAs from working in an international environment is important.
  • Business experience from jobs outside the IT department is helpful.
  • A high level of English proficiency is required.
