As Head of Datacenter Network, you will lead a Nordic team consisting of 14 networking specialists/experts. Your primary focus is to ensure operational stability within IT Network data centres. Accordingly, you are overall responsible for high quality and timely deliveries, focusing on continuously having the right networking resources in the team - including developing the competencies in the team. Further, your responsibilities include allocating resources to projects as well as financial and risk management of the team. 

As part of the Nordic Network management team, you will also play a key role in the development and execution of our strategies. Because the Datacentre Network team is part of a new data centre in Copenhagen, you will also be heavily involved in building and developing the department. 

Lead a department to improve customer experiences through excellent IT infrastructure
In Datacentre Network we have the operational responsibilities for all networks (excluding LAN, WAN and Wireless) across the Nordic countries - and for our international units. The department is part of the IT Operations Organisation in Nordea. We are a mix of networking experts working on a 24/7 on-call service. The team is located mainly in Copenhagen with some team member working in other Nordic countries.

Experienced leader with strong people management skills  You are an experienced manager with technical background and preferably a proven track record leading a network team. 

You have excellent leadership competencies and the ability to build trust with, motivate and inspire a Nordic and culturally diverse team of highly competent technicians. And as you will be working closely with the Network management team and across the IT Operations organisation, you need to have excellent collaboration skills.

Datacentre Network is sub department of Nordea Network Operation department.  Together with LAN/WAN Network sub department we have the operational responsibility for all networking infrastructure within Nordea. Network Operation is part of Technical Platform within Nordea IT Operation. The team is multicultural and is represented in all Nordic countries.
