Mechanical Engineer

For our Nacelle Operations Team at the global R&D HQ in Brande, Denmark we are looking for an experienced and highly skilled mechanical engineer. The Nacelle Operations Team has the design responsibility of maintenance and product development of the nacelle, support structures casted and processes components in the nacelle
 
What are my responsibilities?

• Making 3D/2D CAD-designs in close cooperation with production, subcontractors, service and procurement
• Designing and maintaining mechanical components such as forged, welded or processed nacelle components
• Participation in cross organizational projects

 
What do I need to qualify for this job?

• You have an education as a Mechanical Engineer (B.Sc. or M.Sc) combined with 5 years of experience within CAD design of mechanic, welded, casted or forged components.
• In your  approach to the design tasks you always consider functionality, EHS, finances and optimal producibility
• You have a well documented knowledge of Geometrical Product Specification (GPS) and the Danish machine directive. It will be an advantage if you have knowledge of Inventor, SAP, NX and Teamcenter.
• You are self-driven and capable of working independently as well as in teams.
• You are extrovert, proactive and very detail-oriented
• You are structured and innovative, and your approach to task solving is both technically sound and commercially viable
• You have good communication and English skills both orally and in writing
