Structural 3d CAD designer for marine structures and foundations for offshore wind

We are currently looking for a structural 3D CAD designer for our Department for Marine and Foundation Engineering to drive and accelerate our technical development within 3D CAD and BIM.

You will have the opportunity to take an active role in defining the future use of CAD and BIM across COWI's Major Business Line - Bridge, Tunnel and Marine and work in a highly international environment with projects all over the world from offices in Denmark, UK, North America, Middle East, and South East Asia.

Your knowledge

• You have strong knowledge of 3D CAD software such as Microstation, Tekla or Inventor and preferably also the use of BIM.
• You are up-to-date with the latest developments within 3D CAD modelling
• You have more than 4 years’ experience with steel and/ or concrete CAD design, preferably within offshore wind or marine structures
• You are able to develop steel and/ or concrete structures in CAD with minimal input from the structural designer
• You possess good communication skills in English (oral and written)
