You strive for quality, use your broad experience within software testing and are a good motivator for your international team? Then you may be our future Team Manager for the Software Test Team.

Sennheiser Communications is an ambitious international company that develops premium music, gaming and professional headsets to a global market. We have grown rapidly since the companies’ foundation in 2003 and expect further strong growth ahead. We are therefore looking to strengthening our test team with a competent and motivating team manager.

Team manager and broad SW test experience
In this role, your tasks span from people management to the management of test projects. You will be the motivating driver behind your local test team in Denmark and our permanent test teams at our strategic partners in Asia.

Test projects are usually driven by the local test team that is involved in estimating test efforts, defining test requirements and following up on test results. Tests are executed in cooperation with our global strategic partners. As the test team manager, you should thrive with taking on the following responsibilities:

  • Transforming project requirements into measurable test requirements
  • Ensuring test results are disseminated effectively throughout the organization
  • Resource planning and effort estimation across all test activities
  • Ensuring timely delivery of test activities
  • Improving test tools and processes
  • Maintaining and acquiring tools and equipment relevant to the test area
  • Ensuring conformity of methods, standards and norms in the test area
  • Continuously evaluating and improving efficiency of test team
  • Maintaining contact to other competence fields to ensure interdisciplinary consensus
  • Lead and develop internal and external test teams
  • People management of the test team

Well-structured working style meets motivating manager skills
For this exciting job opportunity you should hold the following qualifications and skills: 

  • Degree in engineering and min. 5 years of experience in managing a global test team
  • ISTQB certification (advanced level)
  • Result oriented with high drive and ability to navigate in a fast paced organization
  • Be an outgoing team player who is used to work with many interfaces
  • Pro-active and fast learner who creates overview, plans, delegates, assesses risks and performances
  • Team player with excellent communication skills in written and oral Danish and English
  • Experience with Bluetooth, DECT/CAT-IQ or other telecommunication products is a plus
  • Experience with PC and Cloud based applications is a plus
  • Danish work permit required
