As part of our dynamic and integrated development approach you will therefore utilize our in-house tool-shop facilities and equipment for reliability testing during development phase. You will also be in close contact to best suppliers in the field of tool-design and surface plating technologies.

Since personal contact to our suppliers is a vital part of this job, it requires the availability for travelling 3-4 times per year.

Technical expert and strong coordinator
To qualify for this position, you should hold the following competences:

  • Experience with apparatus design - strong plus if you have experience with transducer implementation
  • Profound experience with complex plastic parts and maturing these for injection molding processes
  • Mechanical coordination experience within cross-functional development teams
  • Broad knowledge within production techniques
  • Experience with manufacturing in Asia is considered an advantage
  • Skilled user of Creo, PDMLink and the Office package.
  • Excellent communicator able to mediate technic knowledge in English

As a person you are outgoing and creative, take initiative and are flexible to adjust to changes in the project period. Since you may be responsible for mechanical tasks of several projects simultaneously, it is expected that you are good at managing a variety of assignments in a persistent and structured way. Since we always strive for delivering premium results, you should put pride into the professional competency development of yourself and your team members. Previous work experience from the headset industry are considered a benefit.

Joining Sennheiser Communications
