Production Assistant - Supervisor Trainee
Maersk Oil, Esbjerg, Denmark, is looking for a Production Assistant with supervisor potential to join the offshore production team on the Tyra West platform in the North Sea.

Key Responsibilities
You will assist the Production Supervisor with the daily operation of the production platform; this includes operation of process systems, safety systems and utility systems in a safe and efficient manner.
Other responsibilities include:
- Assisting the Production Supervisor in ensuring optimal handling of permit-to-work, isolation plans, position control of valves etc.
- Acting on behalf of the Production Supervisor as daily team leader for the production crew and coordination of vendor activities.
- Assisting the Production Supervisor in the continuous training of production personnel to ensure the level of competencies are continuously monitored and improved, including the development and implementation of specific training materials.
Besides on-the-job training offshore, you will attend a number of courses which cover safety related as well as technical training. The training period will depend on your background and experience.
You will work in rotation of 2 weeks offshore and 3 weeks home. Courses and other activities will be conducted in the home stay period.
Who we are looking for
The ideal candidate has a relevant process and production experience preferably from the Oil and Gas industries or holds a Marine Engineer degree or other relevant background. The ideal candidate has offshore or maritime experience.

As Production Assistant, you also need to be proactive, open minded, ready to work across trades and you thrive with leading others. You are characterised by strong collaborative, coordinating and social skills, a robust mind, and a good health
Proficiency in both Danish and English is a prerequisite.
