Fiberblaze A/S, located in Søborg Denmark, is a Danish founded IT- and Datacom company.
The company has grown rapidly to become a significant OEM supplier of FPGA based high performance Network Interface Cards for the Financial, Telecommunications and Cyber Security sectors. The growth is fueled by Fiberblaze’ ability to provide solutions matching customer requirements, from unconfigured hardware platforms to fully configured solutions.
Fiberblaze is represented by a sales office in New York, and production in the Far East.
This is a unique possibility for a new System Test Engineer to test combinations of HW, SW and FPGA technology, gain influence and participate in ensuring quality and stability of Fiberblaze products of 1 - 100Gb/s network products and solutions.
In order to provide a basis for further development in a growing setup, Fiberblaze is expanding their test environment - both procedures and automation.
Your primary tasks:
- Developing test environments and test scripts in order to enhance the automated system testing
- Specification of test cases
- Perform system tests, both with automatic scripts and manual test cases
- Verification and validation of new features and bug fixes
- Test reporting of release and regression results
- Module testing and documentation
- Designing and developing of software related to test in Linux environments
You will on a daily basis have the possibility to contribute to the improvement of the working processes and tool chain within Test Development for the benefit of productivity and quality of Fiberblaze’ development.
You will be a part of a dedicated, international team with a high team spirit and a high level of professionalism. Fiberblaze is characterized by a flat structure and open culture, and the position involves a close collaboration with the other functions in R&D.
The ideal candidate holds a Master or Bachelor of Science in Electronics engineering or similar combined with more than 5 years of experience with Test and SW Design from the electronic industry, e.g. datacom or telecom. Experience in developing test environment, and experience with Python and / or Perl.
