Team leader for an enzyme chemical group in QC laboratory
We are looking for a team leader to our QC lab in Bagsvaerd. We analyse our products for a variety of parameters and meet high demands on throughput, quality, planning and safety. We also provide support for research and development of new business opportunities. A large part of the laboratory analyses are automated spectrophotometers but there are also highly specialised setups for physical parameters, ELISA and other equipment.

Qualifications

• You have a solid technical background (eg. Chemical engineer or equivalent background) combined with relevant manager experience
• You have practical experience with enzyme chemical analyses in a QC-environment
• You have a natural interest for developing people
• You are outgoing, collaborative, flexible and have a strong drive for results
• You are structured with a focus on the department's objectives
• You are determined, have energy to challenge existing procedures and courage to try new opportunities

Challenges
You are part of the department's management team and will have an exciting and dynamic work day. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure high focus on support to our production and development departments by ensuring optimal planning of the daily operations of chemical analysis. You will contribute to the personal development of the 15 employees in the group. You will be responsible for quality, safety, planning and continuous improvements in your group. In addition to this, your tasks will be troubleshooting, optimization of methods, procedures and equipment.
