Production Supervisor

After being fully trained as Production Supervisor and having acquired the necessary skills and competences, there are several career paths: other supervisory positions such as Production Coordinator, Technical Supervisor, or Safety Supervisor, similar positions abroad, or onshore positions at a higher level, both in Denmark and internationally.

Key Responsibilities
You will be in charge of the daily operation of the platform's process systems, utility systems and safety systems. You will optimise production, plan activities related to production and shut downs and manage all activities performed on the platform via the permit to work system.

You are in charge of the platform’s control room and manage a production team of 6-11 employees. Furthermore, you have the overall responsibility for training of new production personnel. 

You will work in rotation of 2 weeks offshore and 3 weeks home. Courses and other activities will be conducted in the home stay period.

Who we are looking for
You hold an educational background as marine engineer or other relevant engineering degree and have experience from a managerial position. In addition, the ideal candidate has offshore experience, alternatively experience from e.g. maritime duty, power station, control room operation related to technical process etc. 

You are characterised by a high drive, good administrative and interpersonal skills as well as a proactive and forward-looking approach. You keep calm in all situations while having the greater overview.

Proficiency in Danish and English is a prerequisite as well as good IT skills.
