The Ventilation & Building Utilities department in NNE Pharmaplan consists of 75 employees and offers engineering and consultancy services within the following 4 areas:
- Design and specification of HVAC installations
- Design and specification of Building Utility installations
- Design and specification of Building Automation systems
- Cleanroom Test and Compliance services
Our competence area Cleanroom Test and Compliance Services seeks a new manager to support our growing demand. The department focuses on validation of HVAC installation and classification of cleanrooms for clients locally and internationally. Over the last years, we have experienced growing demand for our services and we see great opportunities for development of new services.
The job
We are seeking a manager to lead our test team and offer you a position where you will lead a group of +15 dedicated engineers and technicians. You will report to the director of the Ventilation & Building Utilities area, heading +75 skilled engineers and technicians.
Working as a truly integrated management team we share a range of common assignments that are split between team members; thus, “people and budget” will be part of your field of responsibility. Professional and business development is made in close collaboration between management and specialists. We expect you to actively take part in developing the department and see business potential.
You will get the opportunity to work in a project-oriented, international climate supporting our customers and colleagues all over the world. Our projects cover the full range from small revamp projects to high-volume greenfield production facilities. You will participate in projects in an active and exciting environment at NNE Pharmaplan in Gentofte or in Kalundborg.
NNE Pharmaplan handles projects for a vast number of international customers and intends to continue expanding our business abroad. Consequently, you may expect travelling activities of shorter duration.
Your qualifications
You hold an MSc or BSc degree in Engineering or similar and it is important that you have a minimum of 2-5 years of experience as manager in engineering or related industries.
Preferably, you have experience within the pharma or biotech industry and, furthermore, your qualifications should ideally include as many of below competence areas as possible:
- Experience in Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
- Practical approach to execution of assignments
- Customer understanding
- Ability to deal with day-to-day challenges
- Finish and planning work in a structured and calm manner
- Global mindset
- Flexible
- Proficiency in spoken and written Danish and English
- Positive approach and open-minded
