About the department
In Needle Manufacturing & Development you will have 22 dedicated and skilled colleagues, including technicians, engineers and specialized workers. We have responsibility for executing projects with a high degree of complexity at Novo Nordisk’s Needle Manufacturing & Sourcing Site. You can look forward to being part of a very ambitious environment where you will work with the latest technologies, processes and methods.
The Job
Your main responsibility will be to drive and participate in moulding- and moulding validation projects. In the position you will be leading a variety of moulding related processes such as DFM, production strategy, user requirement specification etc. You will have a high level of interaction with suppliers, to secure the right level of quality and deliveries according to project plans. You will do this by following external and internal requirements as well as challenging and optimising existing processes.
You will work with many stakeholders, including QA, R&D, moulding support departments as well as exchange best practices with other sites in the organisation.
Qualifications
You hold a degree in Engineering and maybe you are specialized within plastic injection moulding and mould validation. In combination with your innovative approach you are able to design processes and systems in a structured and intuitive way. You are especially strong within the technical aspect of injection moulding, and are able to secure robust and timely project deliveries. Also your analytical skills are top class. To succeed, you must also have a systematic approached to problem solving as you will be deeply involved in challenging issue. Being familiar with LEAN and GMP manufacturing, will be a great plus – not a requisite. On a personal level, you have a strong drive and are eager to learn. It motivates you to work in a dynamic environment where change and solving issues are on top of the agenda. You have good communication skills and know that cooperation is crucial to achieving results. Moreover, you are comfortable presenting your ideas and results to others, and you do this with an energetic attitude and commitment. Finally, you have proficiency in English and Danish.
