For the Global Supplier Quality CAPA department in Brande, Denmark we are looking for an experienced Supplier Quality CAPA Specialist to handle all aspects of CAPA reporting in connection with quality CAPA projects. The department has the overall responsibility for securing that suppliers meet Siemens Wind Power’s product requirements as well as corporate responsibilities. As a CAPA Specialist you will be operating within a constantly changing regulatory environment with a direct escalation path to the top management. In this position you will report to the Global Quality Manager, CAPA.

What are my responsibilities?

Leading, documenting, archiving and reporting CAPA related projects and cases.
Escalating corrective and preventative actions concerning internal improvement potential to the management.
Driving root cause analyses through internal and external partners.
Collaborating with internal and external resources to insure proper RCA performance, data collection and NC resolution.
Supplier development through training, guidance and continuous improvement projects.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

You have a Master’s degree in Engineering or an equivalent professional background, combined with minimum 5 years of experience in an international company, preferably within quality.
You are certified in Green Belt Lean Six Sigma with the successful completion of at least 3 projects.
You know how to coordinate and execute RCA investigations and improvement projects involving multicultural cross-functional teams.
You have experience from working abroad and excellent negotiation skills.
Preferably you have project management experience.
As a person you are self-driven, assertive and quality-oriented, and you have a structured approach to your tasks.
You possess excellent English and IT skills, including SAP.

Please note that you should expect approx. 80 travel days per year.
