SharePoint Specialist - Business IT Development
As a SharePoint Specialist you will be part of a dynamic team that works to continuously develop, improve and support the Novozymes IT applications ranging from customer shopping center solutions through publicly facing news sites to R&D inventory management.

You will engage with our Line of Business and Demand Management organization to successfully deliver high quality SharePoint solutions that support business objectives. You will be responsible for technical design decisions, documentation, implementation and testing, being a key player throughout our development lifecycle.

You will also work in Novozymes IT Projects where your subject matter expertise will be utilized both in consultancy and developer capacities. Therefore you are proactive and self-directing, with excellent analytical and communication skills enabling you to seamlessly move between development disciplines and SharePoint consultancy activities.

You will also work closely with external SharePoint vendors as part of the Microsoft Development Department where you will be able to draw on highly motivated and enthusiastic colleagues.

The position is based in Novozymes' office in Bagsvaerd, Denmark, and you will report to the Department Manager of the Microsoft Development Department.

Qualifications

  • You have a bachelors or master's degree in computer science or a related discipline.
  • You possess strong communication skills and the ability to provide both technical sparring and technical insight to IT professionals and business stakeholders alike.
  • You have either experience or a flair for working with SharePoint in a consultancy capacity, possessing a strong .Net development background.
  • You are curious, motivated and do not shy away from approaching complex problems.
  • You are proactive and self-directing, thriving in a working environment where there is room to take ownership and responsibility and set the agenda.
  • You have experience working with Client Side Scripting (jQuery and HTML), PowerShell and WCF Web Services
  • You have a good understanding of SharePoint 2013 CSOM/JSOM
  • You have knowledge of the SharePoint 2013 App Model
