Product Manager for Towers

Product Management is part of our Product Lifecycle Management organization in Brande having the operational product ownership of the turbine platforms. The Product Management department is the owner of the operational Release Plan for the product working closely together with internal Design in R&D, Procurement and Manufacturing. Furthermore Product Management is the interface for Regional Engineering providing support and being the coordinating force in relation to development of new solutions for customer projects. We are looking for a Product Manager for Towers to handle the following responsibilities:

What are my responsibilities?

• Analyze and interpret market and customer requirements for future offshore tower solutions
• Drive the offshore tower product plan in close cooperation with relevant stakeholders
• Drive the commercial assessment and prioritization of  new standard towers and project specific tower variants
• Manage documentation and options that enable Sales to select optimal tower solutions for specific offshore wind power projects
• Drive Product Management support to support technology development projects related to tower solutions
• Support to other activities within Product Management of offshore turbines

What do I need to qualify for this job?
You have a degree in Engineering combined with both technical experience and commercial experience. You may also have a degree in business or economics. You have experience with business-to-business product management and you have knowledge in relation to offshore wind turbine technology or similar relevant knowledge. You are self-driven, result oriented and you understand business drivers and value chain within the wind industry. You are an excellent networker and you handle yourself well in English both verbally and in writing.
