About the department
Device Manufacturing Development (DMD) is dedicated to making us the best manufacturing development partner of medical devices. Our dedication is to build superior quality into device products and our challenge is give QA support to the increasing focus on product maintenance projects. We are responsible for the quality assurance of all components produced by suppliers and delivered to Novo Nordisk for production of durable devices worldwide. In DMD durable QA, we are seeking a dynamic, committed employee who wants to proactively influence the quality of our marketed and future durable devices.
The job
You will in your daily work manage quality improvement projects primarily within the area of quality assurance of components and devices for our durable devices. These projects will typically require optimisation of processes and alignment of procedures across sites. Acting as role model for the Device Manufacturing Development as to project execution, you focus on your deliverables, your customers and stakeholders to make sure that the right resources are at hand and that the right priorities are set. Your stakeholder portfolio is wide and your results are highly dependent on cooperation and communications skills and your ability to take initiatives. Qualifications
You hold a technical academic degree and are experienced within quality assurance, device manufacturing and project management. It would be an advantage if you have experience with injection moulding or assembly processes. You are always looking for improvement possibilities and for ways to optimize our processes. You enjoy working in a culture of lean thinking with a high quality mindset. You have an open and involving personal style, and your passion for making a difference enables you to show the way and, at the same time reach the project goals. As you will coordinate with many stakeholders across the entire Novo Nordisk organization, you need a set of solid presentation skills, sound communication abilities and proficiency in written and spoken English.
