Exciting management position in a dynamic organization at Novozymes in Kalundborg
As maintenance leader for one of Novozymes enzyme purification plants and bottling departments you will have a varied role with a high level of influence on projects and maintenance initiatives, which will in turn contribute to a high level of efficiency at Novozymes.
You will be responsible for systematic and ongoing maintenance, optimization, and development of our complex production facilities, so we can ensure the best possible equipment optimization in individual production sections. LEAN is an integral part of our everyday work.
You will be part of a 5-person management team. You will also be responsible for 14 technically skilled colleagues in the maintenance organization. 7 of these colleagues are directly connected to a decentralized maintenance team and 7 colleagues have special skills, such as automation technology, providing cross-organizational coverage of the entire site. You will also have strong interaction with the production management group, other maintenance teams at Novozymes, and our technical warehouse.
You will also participate in budgeting for the department and preparation/follow-up of KPI’s for safety, delivery, well-being, economy and quality.

This position reports to the Manager of maintenance.

Your primary work duties will include:

• Management, motivation and development of 14 colleagues.
• Responsibility for planning of systematic maintenance in cooperation with your team, your maintenance plans and colleagues in production.
• Identification of need for investments and optimization of existing machines/facilities.
• Maintenance budget tracking for the two production departments.
• Active participation in your own white board meetings and those of maintenance management.

Necessary skills and experience.

You have:

• At least 3 years of management experience from an equivalent position.
• Experience from a foodstuffs company.
• Solid IT capabilities, including Windows and SAP experience.
• A relevant technical educational background.
