Biopharma Sales and BD Manager, Europe
In this role you will be responsible for the commercialization of products and technologies within Novozymes Biopharma, in particular relating to the commercialization our technologies for drug delivery. These technologies include our albumin based half life extension platform (Veltis®). You will be part of the global commercial team and be focusing on opportunities in Europe together with other colleagues in Novozymes Biopharma. Apart from Veltis, we also commercialize recombinant Hyaluronic Acid (Hyasis®), recombinant albumin (Recombumin®) and a range of enzymes to the pharmaceutical industry.
You will report to the global head of Biopharma Sales&BD.

Qualifications

• As a minimum you hold a Master Degree in Sciences, Chemical Engineering or related area
• Minimum five years of B2B sales experience (technologically complex products, preferably in life sciences)
• Experience of the drug and/or medical device development industry and related regulatory environment
• High energy, self-motivated personality
• Excellent English communication skills

Challenges
Key elements of your responsibilities will include identification and creation of new opportunities through a sales and partner process and collaboration with the rest of the commercial group. You will also be responsible for account management of established accounts and partners to ensure the success of projects. You will ensure optimal branding and market position for products and technologies, as well as the evaluation of customer needs and future business opportunities.
You excel in customer and partner management in an international context across different geographies and cultures. You thrive in a fast moving, fast changing entrepreneurial business environment and you are ready to do significant travel in Europe.
You have an international profile and will be working out of our headquarters in Denmark or perhaps work out of your home office.
