Training coordinator

Do you want responsibilities in coordinating and training in a global environment?
DGS Denmark is looking for a service minded training coordinator to our Service Production Support team with the main responsibility of ensuring our export distributers are successful in the production of hearing aids.

You will be based at the headquarter in Smørum, with close co-operation with our different export distributors around the world. This will give you a great chance to get involved with our distributors while planning and scheduling training in an international environment.

50 - 80 traveling days per year are to be expected.

Your primary responsibilities will be to coordinate the global training team combined with actual teaching sessions where you will be the active part in conducting training of our local trainers - supporting them with a structured and documented foundation of the planning and scheduling of training.

We imagine you are structured and like planning and coordinating while having the full overview of any existing or upcoming trainings. On top of that, you have an understanding of electronics, precision engineering and 3D computer modeling that allows you to add knowledge to the team. 

Overall, your coordinating tasks will cover:

• Planning and coordinating the various training sessions in the global team - making sure each local trainers have a solid foundation
• Constantly aligning training requests with the availability of resources
• Responsible for the overall follow up on the trainings
• Document the written training plan in order to create visibility and overview of the resources

You will be working closely together with the Area Sales Managers and Export Managers in order to start up different training sessions.

We give you an opportunity to improve our existing training process that allow you to create structure and visibility of the daily training plans - you will think ahead and document your findings. 

You will benefit from having team leading experience or a wish to run projects that involve many people across nationalities. We believe you will advance with this having a positive and service-minded approach.

Experienced trainer with technical flair
You may have an educational background as an electro technician or similar. Solid experience in medico technics or electronics are highly welcomed and we imagine your technical experience may come from a production plant.

Allthough we like our new trainer to have technical flair, we value vast experience in coordinating, conducting and scheduling training sessions. You are motivated by planning and structuring training sessions and have the drive and engagement to share your knowledge with others.

As a person, you are fluent in English preferably combined with Danish and other foreign languages.

You enjoy having a large network and find it exciting to teach and meet other people, especially with an intention of creating a successful and well-organized environment for your colleagues and clients.
